Massachusetts" dated May 31,2005, recorded in the Hampshire
County Registry of Deeds Plan Book 205, Page 102, hereby Covenant
and Agree that the structure at 91 Found Hill Road, Northampton,
Massachusetts is a family dwelling and will be occupied by a
single housekeeping unit. It will not be used as a two family
dwelling or a single family duelling with an accessory apartment
without first obtaining a permit from the City of Northampton,
Building Commissioner or a special permit from the Planning or
Zoning Board of Appeals, if required.
