RE: VARIANCE REQUEST - The Maplewood Shops, 2 Conz St., Northampton
Dear Mr. Vesco:
In accordance with the provisions of 248 CMR Uniform State Plumbing Code, on
February 20, 1996, the Northampton Board of Health voted on a request to seek a
variance of 248 CMR 2.10 (4). The request is to allow the use of two non-handicapped
accessible toilets in the basement level of the Maplewood Shops, 2 Conz Street,
Northampton, due to space constraints.
Enclosed please find the following:
1. a letter from Linda Martinez, Property Manager
2. the application fee ($50.00 check)
3. a copy of the plans for the project
4. a completed variance application form.
