• Plumbing rough started today; HVAC to begin; will require access to
apartments for coordination purposes.
• Masonry complete except for foundation repair at west end.
• Existing units to be master keyed by owner, less doors already included in
this contract. Owner/contractor to coordinate.
• Fire alarm upgrade to start after 79 is completed.

• Possible questions regarding venting; Carlson & Schmitt Architects/
Robert W. Hall to pursue.
• Revised fire protection shop drawings not submitted.
• Desrosiers to submit price for two evergreens at north lot.
• Robert W. Hall to revisit bath venting installation corrective work.
• Verizon has located poles on site, Desrosiers has submitted price for
excavation from the last pole (behind dumpster) to the building. Carlson &
Schmitt Architects to contact Verizon regarding temporary overhead feed.

• Inspections moving ahead, fire alarm set for inspection next Tuesday.
Occupancy required for January 24, 2004.

• HVAC rough to start in two weeks plus or minus.
• Keying/coordinating with fire alarm; Carlson & Schmitt Architects to review
door schedule.
• Fire alarm upgrade to start next week.
34 Michelman
• Boiler venting; Carlson & Schmitt Architects/ Robert W. Hall to resolve;
gypsum schedule requires resolution ASAP.
• Evergreens to be scheduled on change order log.
• Verizon pole locations accepted; Carlson & Schmitt Architects to contact
Verizon to verify number of lines to be brought to the site.
• Telephone feed to be overhead, underground and temporary feed not
accepted.
• Insulation Review - Apartments: General contractor to ensure batt is
secure above sprinkler; minimize gaps at cavity sidewall.
• Hold back insulation (blown-in) at 2 foot band near access scuttle for
viewing purposes.
• Townhouses - General contractor to review insulation levels above ceiling
joists, gaps at each may expose 1'/2" of sprinkler line at each gap.
• Gypsum installation underway at apartments - third floor, ceilings
complete, one unit walls complete.
