RE: Burt’s Bog Conservation and Limited Development Project
Stormwater Management System Status
Dear Doug:
The Burt’s Bog Conservation and Limited Development Project was issued a stormwater permit on 4/20/2017
and an amendment to that permit was issued on 9/11/2019.
The stormwater improvements required are shown on the Burt’s Bog Conservation and Limited Development
Project plans dated September 9, 2019, and last revised 8/10/2020. Impervious areas for each lot are
summarized in an updated Summary of Stormwater-Related Elements dated 6/7/2022.
Stormwater elements on the plans include stormwater piping, gravel diaphragms, permeable concrete pavers,
and detention basins with controlled outlets.
The site impervious area constructed is in substantial conformance with the approved impervious budget. Note
that at this time Lots 1, 2 and 3 have not been built out.
All stormwater elements, with the exception of the Lot 10 detention basin were constructed in substantial
conformance with the plan design. Survey of the detention basin on Lot 10 (see attached) indicates that this
basin was not constructed in conformance with the design plans and does not have the volume provided in the
design.
In summary, the stormwater improvements on lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are substantially in conformance with the
plan design.
