The one pipe has been an eyesore and has created a flow of water/debris and ice onto my driveway causing a mobility issue for elderly deaf man who lives there when using the rear entrance where his ramp in the rear of the house. Since the installation, I have had instances of water in my basement which I never had during the previous years of ownership. This week a second drainage pipe was also added.
