I have described the sample window that has been installed in one of the units to Frank as follows: . . . a replacement aluminum casement window that fits the entire existing rough window opening. The windows would open out by means of a window latch system. " My question to Frank was whether or not the tenants could have interior screens in the casement windows that would have to be removed, cut, or pushed out in case of a fire or other emergency. Frank' s feeling was the installation o.f -the screens would not constitute an egress problem in the case of an emergency. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, ARCHITECTS INC. Edward L. en ry, ,A. .A.
