Hi Kelly,
The address of 228 King St does not exist in our system. I searched it on Google &found that Criterion Early Intervention is
apparently a tenant at 238 King St., which is Parcel 24D-070-001 in the city system. This parcel is fairly large and has multiple
past & present tenants. We do have some parcel history information on our system and 3 very large file folders in our paper
records, which you are welcome to come in and view. Unfortunately, most of the material is not separated out by tenant. Our
electronic filing system began in the early 2000's, so most of the earlier materials have not been scanned in yet. I've attached
the electronic parcel history, and the electronic files for the parcel are available to you on our website through the Building
Dept. page permit status search link. You will need the map (24D) and parcel (070) id numbers to access them. The direct link
