Re:Zoning Permit Application: Bradford Woodworking Facility, i 90-industrial Dr#2
The following elaborates and clarifies our intended use of the indicated space.
Most of the facility will be used to store books and other educational materials on
industrial strength shelving. Two people will initially man the facility. We anticipate
hiring a third person in the near future. We also anticipate a long-term need to have four
people working at the facility--the time frame for this is uncertain. There will be desks
and computers for doing administrative tasks. There will be an area for collecting and
putting together orders for shipment. Currently we use un-motorized equipment for
putting items on shelves and retrieving them. We are considering the purchase or lease
of a forklift and/or other motorized equipment for controlling the movement of product.
