Hello Kevin and Jonathan,
I am writing to let you know that I will no longer be working on the property at 50-54 Woodbine. I had to
pull off the project due to nonpayment and mismanagement of the project by the owner's representative.
Please rescind the permits that I have drawn for this property (permits BP-2023-0859 and BP-2023-1604) or
at least disassociate them from Sean McCarvel DBA Friendly Neighborhood Builders.
I realize you would like to have a look at the current state of the project, but the owner's representative
(Douglas Fountain, project manager for SWC Properties, owned by Sam Craig) will not return my messages
and has refused to provide the contact information of the owner. Thus, I am unable to arrange an inspection
at this time. I do have two videos that I took as I was leaving to show the current state of the building, which
I can provide to you if you would like. I urge you to keep an eye on this property as any continued
construction may be being done without a permit.
