I walked by store at approx. 2:30PM today and I am very concerned about a potential electrical/fire hazard. The display counters looked as if they were just ripped from floor and walls. There are electrical wires not capped just lying on the floor as well as damaged electrical receptacles with exposed wiring. I checked our files and we have no record from a licensed electrical contractor doing this work. As such I am concerned that a potential for a fire exists being caused by faulty electrical conditions. I request an immediate inspection by the inspector of wires or a report from a duly licensed electrical contractor attesting to the fact the all electrical wiring has been terminated properly. I want the inspection or report within 24hrs of receipt of this letter. Sincerely, ............ 4 ,dz::"re_________— Anthony Patillo Building Commissioner City of Northampton CC: Northampton Fire Department, G.
