Dear Mr Kennedy:
In response to a complaint, a representative from our office visited the above referenced
property, and observed the following:
Shed in rear yard too close to property line creating water damage to abutting building.
Please remedy:
Move shed away from property line to create a four foot (4') setback per Northampton Zoning
Ordinance, URC Zone — Table of Uses.
Please resolve this situation by January 14, 2022 to avoid further action by the City, up to and
including possible fines of up to $300.00 per day and/or court appearances. Please note that
each day beyond the 14Th constitutes a separate violation.
