Please see the updated attached site plan for 808 Ryan Road. Upon approval of a new house there will be a detailed set of architectural building drawings to obtain a building permit. WSP table requires 60%of open space? With the proposed new building and existing structure and driveways we will conform to the 60%open space.The proposed new structure will not include a fireplace and there will be a full basement. The measurements are not too surveyor's plan. Setbacks and distances from property lines are approximate. Original requesting an accessory building.
