Dear Ms. Willard, This is to formally request that you withdraw the permit for the Sun Run
Company to do any work on my house. I am asking that you allow Valley Solar to obtain a permit
to place solar panels on my house with the address 575 Coles Meadow Rd Northampton. Thank

We have run into an issue with the City of Northampton building permit process—after we submitted your permit
applications,we were informed by the building department that there are already solar permits issued for your
property to a different company.
Please contact the Northampton Building Department at 413-587-1240 or bwillard@northam.ptonma.gov at your
earliest convenience to cancel the other permits with the town.They need either the homeowner or the previous
company to cancel the permits if we are going to be able to proceed.
