Dear Mr. Berger:
Reference notice of Zoning Ordinance Violation., dated June 7 , 1984,
advising you that the shrubbery on your property at the corner of
Elm. and Woodlawn Streets are in violation of the City Ordinance
Article VI, Section 6.8 , Paragraph 9, and quoted same.
I explained to your wife and Mr. Edward Cotton that the shrubbery
cannot exceed a height of three (3) feet for a distance of 5' -0"
from intersecting point. .
Please comply and abate this violation within three (3) days of
receipt of this letter.
If at the expiration of time allowed, this violation has not been
rectified, further action as the law requires shall be taken.
