Dear Mr. Miner
It is my understanding that you recently visited the Brown residence and established a
property line on the East side of the house.
Gordon informed me that based on this information,their garden shed is aprox. six
feet off that line.
Because the neighbor has questioned the proximity of the shed to the property line, and
has involved the building department,it would be most helpful if you could fax a note to
Tony Patillo,Northampton Building Commissioner,to confirm this. His fax. #is 587-
