The Architectural Access Board is in receipt of your letter relative to the applicability of our regulations to
the employee only toilets in the above building.
Please be advised that as long as the toilets are strictly limited to employees only,they are not required to
be accessible by this Board.
You should be aware however, that this Board has no jurisdiction over issuing advisory opinions
concerning compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and you should be aware that the lack of
jurisdiction over employee spaces by this Board does not relieve you from compliance with the ADA.
