TOP OF JOIST TO GRADE 11 1/2" NOTES: AS EXISTING BOTTOM SILL PLATES ARE ROTTED AS SHOWN (RED DASH LINE) EXISTING PORCH BOARDS REMOVED BY CLIENT' POST REMOVED BY CLIENT PORCH TEMPORARY ROOF SUPPORT BY CLIENT ROOF DAMAGE SILL AND PREP FOR FOUNDATION REPAIR REMOVE FLOOR JOIST OF PORCH BY CLIENT PREPARE TO ADD NEW PYLONS OR TECHNO METAL POST BY CLIENT REMOVE & DISPOSE OF DEBRIS SCOPE OF WORK SILL AND FOUNDATION WORK                           THE FOLLOWING WORK WILL BE COMPLETED BY HOME OWNER PRIOR TO BARRON & JACOBS STARTING:    1) Remove siding from lower portion of wall above damaged sill.          2) Support roof of front porch, remove porch floor decking and framing.        3)Remove electric lines from work area.                            BARRON & JACOBS WILL COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING WORK:             1) Replace rotted sill (no change to areas with undamaged sill), approximately 42 LF.         NOTE: The sill may be replaced in small sections.            2)Repair damaged foundation.                              3)Install two lally columns with footings in basement, to support existing floor framing of first floor.   Poured concrete footings will rest on existing basement floor.          4)Pour four concrete footings for porch (owner will dig holes) (If Techno Metal Post can not be installed)          5)Frame new floor for front porch, in the same footprint as the existing.
