502 Haydenville Dwelling x barn Email 2012Louis Hasbrouck <lhasbrouck@northamptonma.gov> Re: Septic system 1 message Peter Flinker <peter@dodsonassociates.com>Tue, Jul 31, 2012 at 6:44 PM To: Louis Hasbrouck <lhasbrouck@northamptonma.gov> Cc: Sarah LaValley <slavalley@northamptonma.gov>, Carolyn Misch <cmisch@northamptonma.gov>, Charles Miller <cmiller@northamptonma.gov> Hi Louis, We submitted revised plans in April, 2009 showing the barn fitted out as a dwelling. The idea is to rent out the front part of the existing house as an accessory apartment when we move into the new addition. As you might recall, when we submitted the final plans you asked us to get some additional engineering calculations done, which we had prepared by Ryan Hellwig. You approved those and signed the plans 6/16/09. I will try to stop by this week to discuss. Sorry for any confusion - we've been building part-time for a couple of years and only recently got in a position to finish the project. Thanks, Peter On 7/31/2012 2:53 PM, Louis Hasbrouck wrote: Peter, Sarah LaValley from the conservation copmmission asked me about a proposed septic system at 502 Haydenville Road sized for 6 bedrooms. The permit we issued in 2008 was for a barn and didn't include any bedrooms. Have the plans changed? Let me know. Thanks.
