Hi Sue,
I've scanned in the files for 41 Main St. - - . I did a check on 12 Wilder P1.
17C-192-001 - there are only 2 files. I've a ached the parcel histories for both
oca ion , and the two files for 12 Wilder P1.
As I mentioned over the phone, 23A-079-001 had an enormous amount of material. I tried to
organize it a bit into some folders as I scanned it in - hopefully it will make it a bit
easier to sift through. I could not scan in plans, as they do not fit through the file
scanner. I'll set the folder aside on our counter - you are welcome to come in and take a
look. The earliest dates to 1980.
To access the files, you will need to go on the northamptonma.gov website, click on the
Building Dept. page, & then click on Permit Status Search in the blue strip on the left
side of the page. Parcels are filed under map # (23A-079-001 is located under Map 23A), so
click on that, and then on the parcel id (23A-079) . You will see some labeled folders and
then a series of documents. I'm guessing what you are looking for would likely be in the
parking folder or in the individual documents.
