If the mixed-residence use application is allowed, it is my opinion after reading the zoning ordinance of the City of Northampton that the set-back requirements for this building will be in conformity with the exist- ing structure if a six foot fence is erected on the north side of the building. It is my understanding that Dr. Falk has submitted plans to you which incorporate a minimum of six hundred square feet of living space consistent with this mixed use . I have seen these plans and believe that they are in all respects in conformity with the mixed use re- quirements. In addition, the fence will be erected to substitute for the set-back requirement.
