Gentlemen:
On February 1, 1980, I inspected a proposed professional
office at 41 Main Street, Florence, for the purpose of
issuing an occupancy permit.
During this inspection I found the following conditions:
1. The bathroom fan is not vented.
2. The wiring for the fan is wrapped around copper tubing.
3. General workmanship is poor.
For reasons listed above, this Certificate of Occupancy was not
issued.
