Hi Louis,
I called an left you a voice message and wanted to speak with you about on this project. There has been an unusual turn
of events where the owner has begun self performing some work and it is unclear to me if they have taken any permits
out to do so. To make you aware the work we have performed to date is selective demolition of the interior and roofing
work. Any other trade work currently taking place is not under our supervision.
