DIVISION 1: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.CONTRACTOR WILL OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION, EXCEPT
THAT OWNER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WATER, SEWER, ELECTRIC, AND CABLE
FEES, IF ANY.
2.CONTRACT EXCLUDES APPROVALS BY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, PLANNING BOARD
AND/OR CONSERVATION COMMISSION.
3.CONTRACT EXCLUDES ARCHITECTURAL OVERSIGHT.
4.ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS FROM TOWN NOT EXPLICITLY INCLUDED IN THE PLANS OR
SPECS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT.
5.SITE SURVEY IS NOT INCLUDED
6.CONTRACTOR HAS NOT TESTED FOR LEAD, ASBESTOS, RADON, AND OTHER
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND CONTRACT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY REMEDIATION OR
ABATEMENT WORK.
7.ALL OWNER-SUPPLIED ITEMS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY BY INTEGRITY OR
INTEGRITY’S SUB-CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS. ANY OWNER-SUPPLIED ITEMS THAT
ARRIVE DAMAGED, LATE OR INCOMPLETE MAY CAUSE DELAYS TO THE SCHEDULE AND
INTEGRITY WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR SUCH DELAYS.
8.ALL CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS WILL BE PLACED IN AN ONSITE DUMPSTER PROVIDED BY
CONTRACTOR AND REMOVED BY CONTRACTOR AT CONTRACTOR’S EXPENSE.
9.CONTRACTOR SHALL PROMPTLY REMOVE ALL CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND
MATERIALS FROM SITE AT CONCLUSION OF CONSTRUCTION.
10.ALL UTILITIES USED DURING CONSTRUCTION ARE THE OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
11.WHEREVER CONTRACTOR DRAWING OR SPECIFICATION STATES, “MATCH EXISTING,”
SUCH LANGUAGE SHALL MEAN “MATCH EXISTING AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE FROM
CURRENTLY AVAILABLE STOCK ITEMS PURCHASED LOCALLY”.
