RE:Higgins Way – Northampton, Infiltration System Acceptance Letter
Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. Project No. 20091145.C71
Dear Ms. Misch:
On October 28th 2021, after completion of the subdivision infrastructure project, field observations of
the subsurface infiltration system were performed by Fuss and O’Neill. Based on the field observations,
, the central subsurface infiltration located in the infield grassed area of Higgins Way was found to be
functioning as designed and no maintenance is required at this time.
It is recommended that the standard inspection schedule be upheld to maintain the functionality of the
system.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact Matt at ext. 4425 or Eric at 4430.
We look forward to working with you on this project.
Sincerely,
Matthew Taylor, PE Eric Bernardin, PE, LEED AP
