To Whom It May Concern,
This letter has been prepared to provide the Northampton Department of Public Works a summary of
inspection and maintenance activities performed on the stormwater management facilities within the
Higgins Way development between April to September 2022. Inspection and maintenance activities were
performed in accordance with the Stormwater Management Operation, Maintenance, and Inspection
Agreement between the City of Northampton Department of Public Works and Sturbridge Development,
LLC dated November 6, 2018. No concerns with the overall functionality of the stormwater facilities within
the development were noted during the year. Copies of maintenance records and inspection reports are
being maintained by the Higgins Way Homeowner’s Association.
