Re: Details regarding renovation plans.
We are planning to renovate and update four rooms, which will include the Kitchen,
dining room, second floor bathroom and the master bedroom. Updates to include the
following:
1) Kitchen: Update plumbing, electrical and replace existing wallboard. Replace
an existing window in the kitchen area with an exterior door on the North side
of the house.
2) Dining room: update electrical wiring and replace existing wallboard
3) Bathroom: Update plumbing, and replace existing wallboard
4) Master Bedroom: Replace existing wallboard
We will be contracting a plumber and electrician for the technical work and will be
working with a general contractor for some work and assuming the other renovation work
ourselves. The footprint of the house will not be altered. Please call us if you have
