DECISION OF THE 7-C 7
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
At its meeting on August 20, 1980, the Zoning bard' of Appeals for the
City of Northampton voted unanimously to_ grant the petition of Continental Ca-
blevision of Northampton, Inc. , for a special permit to construct a television
tower and substation on Florence Road.

Based upon the evidence presented to the Board, the Board made the follow-
ing findings in regard to the epecial permit:' H1
1. The proposed use is listed in the Table of Use Regulations.
2. The proposed use bears a positive relationship to the public
convenience or welfare.
3. The proposed use will not create traffic congestion nor impair
pedestrian safety.
4. The proposed use will not overload any public facility.
5. The proposed use will not impair the character or integrity
of the district.
