Inspection & Maintenance Schedule:
1) Roof Infiltration Units
The roof infiltration units will be inspected quarterly immediately following a rainstorm and 48 hours
thereafter. Inspections will be conducted at the roof leader discharge where it enters the elbow at
ground level. If water is standing in the elbow after 48 hours, the unit must be cleaned. Cleaning may
require sediment removal using water and vacuum equipment. Replacement of the units may be
required.
2) Driveway Swales
The driveway swales will be inspected twice a year in spring and late fall as well as after heavy rains.
Any erosion of the ditch lining or dislodged stones shall be repaired immediately. Woody vegetation
shall be removed if growing through riprap. Any slumping side slopes shall also be repaired.
The owner will maintain records of inspections and cleanings.
Sediments shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and
regulations.
