Currently only the far right and far left are the only sections holding the glass win.ows. The center mull rot runs beyond the sills into the knee walls behind the marble. In order t. fix the issue correctly I will list the following details of the work description. Job Description * All the raised panel trim along the sides and base of the glass windows will be remove, and all the marble following the front of the store even into the stoop area will be removed. *Then we will remove the plywood up to the framing and remove all the rotted areas of 'e framing. *Re frame the lower knee wall, install new jack and mull. *Install new insulation in the knee wall following with a plastic barrier,and using 5/8 pl wood. *Installing new sills along the store front also following into the stoop area meeting the f ont wall. *We will be using bead board plywood on the knee wall and installing new trim to make a raised panel looking affect to replace the marble. Also along the sides of the glass window and he mull in the center of the window we will be giving it a raise panel affect as well to go with the design that is already in the building so that we don't change much of the design and look of the building. *Flash the windows properly because as of now there is no flashing and this is the main 'eason this serve rot damage has occured. *Once all the wood work is done we will also stain and poly all the trim and raised panels to as close color of the existing trim that is above the windows already. The construction will take 4-5 days start to finish. This would not interrupt the store ho s of buissness and the store can still be operational. We will block off the work area so that c tomer{s will not be in the working zone. Customer is aware that we will try to work around the g ass windows with out having to possibly removing the glass. (If there is a reason once the construction begins and we have to remove the glass windows we will board up the win,ow openings over night until we can re install the glass). h it.r .
