Dear Ms Golec:
In regards to your question about the property at 8 Villone Drive which I inspected. The deck across the
back of the property was constructed without any permit being issued and is therefore illegal.
To be made legal the present owner needs to first apply for a permit and submit a drawing of the exi•ting
deck along with an architects stamp approving the construction.
