My quick calculations without calculating the impervious apron leading to the garage is 56% impervious with the addition. He claims he meets it. I'm thinking of requiring this as part of his submission to get onto the Zoning Board hearing? That is problem#1. Problem #2 is that pervious pavers only work if the soils support infiltration and the pavers are installed on the appropriate base. You can't just throw sand and gravel down and call it a day. So they'd have to submit technical specs on existing soil conditions and installation after problem#1 is solved. Course they would have known all that had they done the permitting first I'ht concerned because back in 2019 he was notified of the "50% rule"as he has referred to it. I think he may have realizied that the scale of his desired structure might cut it close.
