Good morning Richard,
Below is an email that was sent to you in March regarding this project
We reviewed the application for your garage/bedroom addition at 129 Riverbank Road.
The proposed addition doesn't meet setback requirements. Per zoning 350-9.3 A-10, you will need a specia'permit from
the Zoning Board of Appeals. See attached.
You also need to contact the Conservation Commission to find out what they'll need as far as permits.
You can contact Carolyn Misch for more information about the ZBA permit process and Sarah La Valley ab• t the
Conservation Commission requirements. They're copied on this email.
Unless you made some changes that we are not aware of, you will have to follow those requirements.

I didn't get the attachments. Can you send along the plot plan/layout or let me know if it is in laserfiche, I c n check there
and no need to mail it. I don't remember the details and I want to make sure it is a special permit versus another ZBA
permit.

Yes, everything should be in Laserfiche. The original application was filed in March of last year.
