Delivery Policy There is no charge for delivery of windows&doors within our normal delivery area on our regular scheduled run. All deliveries are tailgate. Our driver is not expected to carry windows into the houses, up stairs, or down stairs. On warehouse deliveries,the driver will put the windows inside the warehouse as long as he does not have to go up or down stairs. For larger than normal windows delivered to warehouses,there must be help to unload.As always our driver will willingly work with your people to get windows to the locations you want. All jobsite deliveries are to be met by contractor, unless other arrangements have been made with our office. If no one is at jobsite when previous arrangements have been made and windows have to be brought back to our factory,the order will have to be picked up at our factory or their will be a charge for a second delivery.
