Existing house will have new vinyl replacement windows installed. Existing house and garage to have new vinyl siding. We hereby submit specifications and estimates for the work to be performed. All materials and labor to complete. All permits obtained by Harlow Builders. All debris caused by construction removed by Harlow Builders. Excavation: Dig for a 4' frost wall foundation as per code. Backfill foundation to a rough grade. All excess fill to be removed from property. We will install plastic and stone to the crawl space floor area. Concrete: Footings: 10"x 16"x 58'-6"; 3,000 psi poured concrete. Walls: 8"x 4'x 58'-6"; 3,000 psi poured concrete. Demolition: Remove existing roof trim and shingles at new addition area. Remove existing shutters, siding, gutters and downspouts. Remove two existing bedroom window and close in opening. We will cut out and re-frame for two new windows at existing bedroom. Apply 151b felt over remaining roof surface. Shingles to match existing applied over entire new roof surface. We will install a continuous ridge vent (roll vent). Gutters: We will install new heavy duty white seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts on new addition using the spike and ferrule method of installation. There will be approximately 42' of gutter and 20' of downspout. We will install new gutters and downspouts at existing house and garage. Windows: New addition: (2) Mastic series 2000 2446 Double Hung,Vinyl, Low E glass with screens and 6 over 1 grills.
