Please note, you are in violation of the City Ordinances. City of Northampton Zoning Ordinances adopted July 22, 1975, amended April 28, 1976 and December 6, 1978, Article VIII, Page 8-8, Paragraph 17, and quoted as ,followss "No junk motor vehicle shall be parked, stored or otherwise placed in, on, or upon land in any district for a period of more than thirty (30) consecutive days." Cunningham 13 Winslow Avenue Northampton, Ma. 01060 Dear Mrs. Cunningham: Under date of March 1, 1983, we advised you by letter that you were in violation of City of Northampton Ordinances by storing junk vehicles on your property for a longer period of thirty (30) days. As of today's date you have not complied with the notifi- cation dated March 1, 1983. Therefore if the violations have not been rectified by April 25, 1983, we are notifing the City Legal Department to proceed with a show cause hearing in the Clerk of District Court.
