I checked both digital & paper files with no luck. I did find a scan of the original building permit - see
attached. The builder was Walter Marek, and the company is still in business. They might be able to
come up with something for you. Their website is https://www.wmarek.com

I live at io5 Turkey Hill Rd, Florence, MA o1062 and I didn't know if your office would have any
record of the original blueprints for my house? It was built in 1989. I figure it's a long shot but thought
