Due to the fire of December 29, 2020, the building at 94 Audubon Rd was heavily damaged by both
fire and water. All electrical devices must be replaced, including, but not limited to, lighting fixtures,
receptacles, switches, electrical panels, fire alarm devices, and all wiring cables in the building.
