Present zoning would require a variance for townhouse rental units, since the units were constructed prior to present zoning, they would fall under the "Grandfather" clause pre-existing non-conforming. However, the expansion of use performing property management would have required a finding from the Zoning Board of Appeals which was not done. You are ordered to cease and desist the use of the site for property management. You have thirty days (30) in which to comply. You have the right of appeal and right to apply to Zoning Board of Appeals to expand use for property management and could start the process by filing a Zoning Permit Application in our office.
