Persuant to your request, regarding the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Northampton reference River Run Apts. , Located 80 Damon Road
Tax Map 18D - Lot #53, Zoned General Industry (GI ) , please be advised
that the use of the structures are non-conforming.
However, as they were constructed prior to the present zoning
ordinance the units fall under the Grand-Father Clause. If any additional
units were to be added the Zoning Board of Appeals would have to be
the granting authority.
