I Site Preparation Damage Waiver and release of liability. Skip's Outdoor Accents,Inc.is not responsible for damage caused by our site preparation crew and equipment.
Please Note:There is a very high probability that the skid steer loader(bobcat)and/or dump truck,will damage your property due to the weight of the vehicle and load,as well as
the wet weather conditions resulting in a damaged lawn,wheel marks and ruts,damaged/dirty driveway and surronding area,ETC. This can also result in the need for towing at
the property owners expense.
2 Price Includes Travel within 10 miles of Skip's in Agawam,MA store.Additional 2 feet in length and width of structure, leveling of the ground up to 6 inches out of level,
excavation of grass/soil(MATERIAL NOT REMOVED FROM SITE),and backfill with 3/4"stone. Mileage beyond 10 miles,will be calculated when you place your order,
and additional mileage will be$5/mile,based on one way travel. Site preperation does not include;removal of stumps,large roots,large stones,trees or tree limbs,retaining
walls,and leveling beyond 6 inches out of level. If additional work is required please let us know in advance and we can quote a reasonable fee.
3 Cancellations:In the event you need to cancel your scheduled site preparation,we require 48 hours notice,and must receive your cancellation during business hours. **a
$75.00 transportation fee is charged if we are unable to prepare your site on the scheduled day to to grade issues,accessibility issues,no one home,or any other reason that would
cause us not to be able to perform the site work,or the scheduled work was not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.
I have read,understand and agree to the above terms and limitations.Property owner approval or agent of property owner approval(this does not include neighbors,
children under 18 years of age,or landscapers). I herby accept all responsibility for any damage done to my yard or the surrounding area,including any area which must be
used to access my yard to perform the site preperation,or during delivery and placement of stone backfill. I hold Skip's Outdoor Accents,Inc,and its employees,agents and
officers,blamelass and harmless from any LIABILITY,EXPENSE,CITATION,CLAIM,INJURY,and DAMAGE to persons or propertywhich might arise because of,or
while working on the site preperation.
