Dear Mr. Pinsonneault,
We have received a complaint about wood processing activities on your property at 105 Sandy
Hill Road. The complaint alleges that you are conducting a business at that location. It appears that you
are selling firewood, cutting, splitting, storing and delivering it from the property. The same complaint
was made around 2 years ago and a letter similar to this was also mailed to you.
Your property is located in the Water Supply Zoning District. A Home Business for firewood or
landscaping business is not allowed without a special permit from the Planning Board. It is unlikely that
the Planning Board would grant that kind of permit.
I would like to inspect your property. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange
a time to meet and resolve this matter in a timely fashion.
