Pursuant to Massachusetts Public Records Law M.G.L. Chapter 66, § 10, I am requesting
that we be provided with a copy of all records relating to the property located at 68 Main Street/5
Pleasant Street in Northampton.
Documents provided should include all applications for permits, permits, inspections
(including electrical, plumbing and gas), reports, plot plans, engineering plans, certificates and/or
licenses issued, noles, correspondence, memoranda, photographs, videos, computer print-outs, or
any other documents relating to the above-referenced property.
If this request requires information for other departments, please direct this correspondence
to same.
As required by Chapter 66, I will expect a response to this reque::.t within ten (10) working
days, or by May 29, 2018. We will pay a reasonable fee for the cost of copying this information.
I understand that Chapter 66 provides that if only portions of a file are exempted from
release, the remainder must be released. I therefore request that I be provided with all non-
exempt portions of the file relative to this matter. I reserve my right to appeal the withl10lding or
deletion of any information.
I am prepared to pay reasonable costs for locating the requested file and reproducing it. If
payment in advance will expedite this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately
and I will fonvard payment promptly.
