Hi Mr. Everett,
Sorry it took a while to respond to you on this request. We recently swapped to a new software, and
collection of the type of information you requested is a bit difficult.
The attached reports contain what I could glean from the records. There are 2 reports - one is from
our old software and gives the information from 1/1/2012 through the point where we swapped to the
new on 8/12/2021. There is some overlap, but it appears to be pretty minor. The second is from the
new software, whose parameters for creating this type of report are not as flexible. I think I
caught everything, but I did find a few items that should not have been included (noted them on the
reports), but could not get the reports to exclude them.
I hope they provide what you were looking for.
