Site Inspection 10/10/89 by Walter Geryck. After his review ,
note the following changes:
Vent kitchen sink .
Vent laundry.
Replace all lays . . . no overflows .
Replace Z & VB/shower valves (anti -scald ) .
Drill tub and install two w/o drains .
Vent bath sinks .
Repipe and re-locate water heater to basement./rce/
Repipe all gas piping.
Replace all waste and vent that was installed on unit by
manufacturers (less new work) .
Water main size is 3/4" .
Plastic water lines .

1 . Install required gfi breakers for kitchen circuits .
2 . Install new outlet in living room for required floor
spacing,
3 . Rewire garbage disposal circuit.
4. Interconnect smoke detectors .
5 . Install fan box as required.
6. Install required lighting and power circuits in basement.
7 . Inspect all wire connections where possible .
8 . Install required outside outlet.

together. We • will cut a channel in the ceiling sheetrock to accotnodate
the g.lu.e lams..,..thu.s supporting the roof rafters as descibed in the
dr.awing.s... We will install 2-2.." ....x 4" lack s..t.u..ds on each end of the
glue lams.. In the living r..o.o.m.,.we......will install a 16' glue lam..,ins.talling
the lack studs to the exterior of the walls.., in the. master bedroom.,
we will... install a 12' glue lam with the jack studs to the.....exterior.
of the walls,in the kitchen,we will install--a 16' glue lam and install .
the jack studs thru--both of the kitchen wallsand put into the closets.
In the rear,right side bedroom,we....will make- and install a double .2." .x 8 1
header,wit•h 2-jackstuds on each side on the exterior- of the walls.
All glue lams and headers to be nailed into each roof rafter,
customer realizes some damage to the walls and wallpaper might occur,
also some damage to the ceiling might occur,both of which the customer
is responsible or if agreed,at a extra cost to be fixed.
