We have received a complaint that you have stored on your
property, junk car parts, and a considerable amount of
various items that have the tendency to downgrade the
general area.
City of Northampton Zoning Ordinance adopted July 22, 1975,
amended April 28, 1978, and amended December 6, 1979, Article
VIII, page 8.8, paragraph 17b, prohibits junk vehicles and
junk vehicle parts in a residential district for a period of
more than 30 days.
Kindly advise this office upon completion of the above
request.
