At their meeting on May 9, 1985, the Northampton Planning Board reviewed
the Sepcial Permit request of Frederick J. Ostrowski and David F. Teece for
the purpose of constructing a two-family dwelling at property located at
584 Elm Street, Northampton (URB Zone) .
After discussing the matter with one of the applicants and hearing the
report of the site inspection subcommittee, the Planning Board voted 8-0 to
recommend approval of the Special Permit with the provisions that the parking
area be moved to a less obtrusive position, preferably on the westerly side,
and that a driveway cut be shared with 584 Elm Street, Northampton.
