Smith, Planner, on behalf of the Northampton Planning Board SUBJECT: Special Permit Request - Teece/Ostrowski DATE: May 13, 1985 FILE: At their meeting on May 9, 1985, the Northampton Planning Board reviewed the Sepcial Permit request of Frederick J. Ostrowski and David F. Teece for the purpose of constructing a two-family dwelling at property located at 584 Elm Street, Northampton (URB Zone) .
