Dear Dr. Hruby:
This office received a call reporting an excessive amount of
traffic on your property.
On visiting the property (Map 23D, Lot 103 ) . I was informed that
you are conducting business there as a psychotherapist. This is
a strictly residential area and according to the Northampton
Zoning Ordinance Regulation #5 . 4 this is a non-allowed use and
cannot be continued .
You are hereby informed that unless you apply and are approved
for a zoning change it will be necessary to stop this illegal
business within 30 days or face legal action by this office .
A Zoning Permit Application is enclosed . If you have any
