Dear Ms . Sirignano ,
This office received a call reporting an excessive amount of
traffic on your property.
On visiting your property was informed that
a tenant of yours is conducting business there as a
psychotherapist. This is a strictly residential area and
according to the Northampton Zoning Ordinance Regulation #5 . 4
this is a non-allowed use and cannot be continued.
You are hereby informed that unless you apply and are approved
for a zoning change it will be necessary to stop this illegal
business within 30 days or face legal action by this office .
A Zoning Permit Application is enclosed. If you have any
