This letter is a request for records under the Massachusetts Freedom of Information Act (the
"FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552 and G.L. c. 66, § 10. We request a copy of all Northampton Building
Department records and/or files, including, but not limited to, inspection reports, notes, plans,
permits, permit applications, photographs (in digital format, if possible), correspondence and
memoranda concerning 30 Williams St., Northampton, Massachusetts from January 1, 2019
through the present.
