This is a nonconforming two family structure ,per Section 4,3, page 4-1 of the Northampton Zoning Ordinances. However, this structure must comply •rith the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 2 and the Mass. Building Code, Section 609.0. It is my opinion that a minimum 6'-6" by 30" door must be • installed for a 2nd. egress to the second floor.
